AFC Henley runs 39 competitive teams from U7 - U18 across the East Berks Football Alliance (EBFA), Berkshire County Girls Football League and Wycombe & South Bucks Minor Football League.
Annual Club Membership
This is membership for players who train midweek and play in competitive leagues.
For the 2024/25 season, annual membership is £295. Sibling rates are reduced to just £210. Half season membership is now available at £195 or £145 for siblings.
Membership covers weekly training and matches and the club provides AFC Henley branded home and away shirts along with shorts, socks and a personalised training top for new squad members.
Players are coached by FA-qualified coaches with DBS, safeguarding and First Aid accreditation. As well as the cost of weekly training, matches and kit, membership covers: training equipment; referees' fees; pitch rental; grounds maintenance and all League and FA team and player registration fees. AFC Henley is affiliated to Oxfordshire FA and is a Two Star England Football Accredited Club.
Players also have the option to join teams on a 'Training Only' membership for £145 for the full season (no kit supplied). Half season membership is now available for just £100.
Skills training
There is skills training for boys and girls at our Mini Soccer Centre (MSC, Reception - U8) on Saturday mornings. Midweek MSC, Junior Soccer Centre (JSC, U8-U11) and Player Development Centres (PDC) run during the week. We have Girls only Training sessions on Mondays and Thursdays.
Assistance with costs
The Henley Educational Trust (HET) will contribute 90% of membership fees for those who are financially eligible for assistance. If you would like to learn more, please see their website for more information.
